Shipping & Returns
- We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $200 USD.
- We process and ship out all orders Monday through Friday, not including holidays.
- Orders are fulfilled and shipped out the next business day, between Monday through Friday, not including holidays.
- Orders with expedited shipping take approximately 1-3 business days.
- We ship only within the US, except Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally at this time.
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged within 7 days of receiving the items.
- All items must be returned in their original, unused conditions, with our authorization.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective or shipped in error.
- Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours if you received a product(s) other than the item(s) you ordered.
