Q4. I didn’t receive the reset email—what now?

The reset link goes to our official domain ibimembers.com. We will never ask for your password or card details via email, SMS, or chat. If you prefer, please visit our website (ibimembers.com) to reset your password directly from our website.

Q6. What happens to my account information?

Your customer account remains with ibimembers.com. This change doesn’t expose your personal data. (If there are changes to order history, loyalty points on the new site, we’ll notify you on your account page.)
